For the families and friends of the JIRU, CBRR, IRR and the Special Operations Engineer Regiment

For those that have demonstrated commitment to the SOER Association for over 10 years.

For those that have given exceptional and outstanding service to the JIRU, CBRR, IRR and the Special Operations Engineer Regiment family.
