About the Association
What we do
The SOER Association supports the past and current serving members and families of the Special Operations Engineer Regiment (SOER), as well as units previously known as Joint Incident Response Regiment (JIRU), Chemical Biological and Radiological Response (CBRR) Sqn and Incident Response Regiment (IRR).
Through our Association and our Chapters we provide needed support to our members and their families, coordination of advocacy and welfare support services, well-being initiatives, information sharing and heritage sustainment for the Unit’s current serving and veteran personnel and their families, including the families of our fallen.
Our Mission
The SOER Association promotes the welfare and wellbeing of our members and their families through a supportive communication network that creates camaraderie and provides advocacy, well-being initiatives and welfare support services.
