The Unit's Family

The SOER Association aims to support the Special Operations Engineer Regiment and Incident Response Regiment extended family through coordination of advocacy and welfare support services, well being initiatives, information sharing and heritage sustainment for the Unit’s current serving and veteran personnel and their families—with a special focus on the families of our fallen.



There are four categories of membership to the Association.

Ordinary Membership

For the men and women that have served in the Unit since 2003

$25 for 1 year / $40 for 2 years / $60 for 3 years / $250 Life Membership

Annual General Meeting 2020

06 March 2020

The SOER Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Holsworthy Barracks on 06 March 2020. Members will be advised of the details via letter.



The SOER Association works closely with the Special Operations Command Force Family and Veterans initiative to provide support to our Members and those in need
